All orders being shipped within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post. 

All orders require a signature on delivery. Please check current delivery times via the Australia Post website.

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order under $200.00 for regular shipping. 

Express shipping may be selected and will apply a $15.00 fee at checkout. 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200.00.

All orders under $200.00 will incur the below shipping fees.

International order shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Currently, we can't ship to international post offices or PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address for international deliveries.

Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.

Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.

New London Jeans will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.

For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office.

In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to New London Jeans.

We endeavor to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order placement (weekdays) for delivery via Australia Post. Australia Post delivery times apply.

Please note: during sale, promotional & holiday times, orders may take longer to be dispatched.

 

Every effort is made to ensure that an item's stock level is accurately displayed, though there may be occasions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.

In such an instance every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Care representatives via email or telephone.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Please note: Shipping times may be influenced by at the moment due to COVID logistic disruptions. Please visit Australia Post website for updates. We recommend allowing longer for your order to arrive. NLJ cannot be held responsible for transport delays.

Deliveries to capital cities and metropolitan areas, within Australia, are estimated at 2-5 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, within Australia, are estimated at 7-10 business days from dispatch.

International orders may take more than 10 business days.

When we process and dispatch your goods, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address where you will be during business hours for delivery purposes.
